Overview
The Documents section gives tenant users access to AppTego legal, privacy, security, and customer-facing reference documents. Use it when your legal, procurement, security, or compliance team needs the latest available portal documents.
Access Documents
- Log in to the AppTego Portal.
- Select the correct tenant.
- Open Documents in the sidebar.
- Download the document your team needs.
Standard Documents
The standard catalog contains these PDF documents:

Documents may be updated periodically. Download the latest copy when completing vendor reviews, security assessments, renewals, or internal compliance checks.
Plan-Specific Documents
Some standard documents are plan-specific:

Free tenants access standard legal documents directly from the public legal document location. Paid tenants may receive per-document download locations so the portal can serve plan-specific versions where available.
Tenant-Specific Documents
Paid tenants can also have tenant-specific custom documents added to the portal. These documents appear alongside the standard catalog and are downloaded through the portal. Tenant-specific documents are useful for custom agreements, procurement packs, or customer-specific compliance evidence.
AppTego can also disable individual standard documents for a tenant when a custom agreement or support arrangement requires a different document set.
